We are looking for a leadership personality who combines operational excellence with strategic thinking and drives efficiency and future viability of the fleet.

Challanges you will tackle:

  • Full responsibility for the management, profitability, and ongoing development of the company-owned truck fleet in line with corporate strategy.
  • Analyze and optimize fleet performance using financial metrics and operational KPIs.
  • Lead operational teams with a focus on efficiency, safety, and sustainable use of resources.
  • Act as a strategic interface between driver management, technical services, procurement, controlling, and executive leadership – including budget control and investment planning.

Qualifications that convince us:

  • A degree in logistics, business administration, or a comparable field.
  • Experience in the transportation or logistics industry with budget and results responsibility.
  • Confident in managing complex operational processes, supported by a strong understanding of KPIs and controlling.
  • Strategic mindset, strong execution skills, and a clear leadership style in interdisciplinary environments.
