Challenges you will tackle:

• You are the first point of contact for our B2B customers regarding transport orders, notifications (pre-advice), and logistics KPIs, and you build sustainable customer relationships.
• As the link between customer and planning, you ensure that all agreed services are fulfilled and implemented smoothly.
• You work closely with internal teams and external business partners and ensure efficient process handling.
• You maintain and expand your network with partner companies, use freight exchanges, and market transports in an economically sound way.
• You actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and bring in your own ideas.
• You support the team in daily operations and take on tasks in fleet management when needed.

Qualifications that convince us:

  • Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business/economics (Bachelor / HBO).
  • Initial experience through internships or part-time jobs is a plus, but not required.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and clear communication skills.
  • Fluent in Dutch; good knowledge of English is a plus.
