What potential would you like to unlock with us?

Challenges you will tackle:

  • Support day-to-day operational business in sales and logistics
  • Handle customer inquiries and actively contact existing and prospective customers by phone
  • Assist with quotation preparation and order processing
  • Support the coordination of delivery and logistics processes
  • Maintain and update customer and master data
  • Work closely with sales, dispatch, and logistics teams
  • Support the optimization of processes and workflows
  • Take on initial independent responsibilities after onboarding
  • Act as the first operational escalation level in day-to-day business

Qualifications that convince us:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a comparable field
  • Initial practical experience in sales or logistics is an advantage
  • Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of direct customer interaction
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
  • Hands-on mentality – you actively pick up the phone and engage with customers and colleagues
  • Interest in sales, business development, and operational processes
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
