Challenges you will tackle:

  • You will lead the team both professionally and disciplinarily and share your procurement expertise with your employees.
  • You will be responsible for the economic, strategic and operational management of our entire subcontractor portfolio.
  • You will support the operational day-to-day business.
  • You will build long-term partnerships and collaborations and sustainably develop existing business relationships with contractors.
  • You will acquire new subcontractors and support the expansion of our network as part of new business development.
  • You will analyse relevant KPIs, such as availability and utilisation rates, derive optimisation measures and implement them consistently.
  • You will identify synergy potential and leverage it to increase profitability and efficiency.

Qualifications that convince us:

  • A successfully completed degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in procurement.
  • Experience managing service provider or subcontractor networks.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset combined with excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Confident handling of KPIs and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong negotiation skills, assertiveness and a confident professional presence.
  • Initiative, a strong sense of responsibility and the motivation to actively drive change.
